Classes
The Pilates classes take a different approach to my Yoga classes. Using the APPI system and the principles of physiotherapy the classes are tailored to strengthen and protect your body where needed. The classes are focused on your physical body with much less emphasis on the holistic approach that my Yoga teachings take.
Pre & Post
Natal Pilates
During pregnancy you body goes through many changes and these Pilates sessions support you through your trimesters and after. The session focus on building your core and pelvic strength through out your pregnancy and afterwards.
Children &
Teens Pilates
Children are overstimulated in all aspects of their life these days coupled with a more sedentary lifestyle that ever before, is contributing to massive long term health issues later in life both physical and mental.
These Pilate sessions are geared towards teaching children and young people good movement principles, healthy body awareness, helping them learn to still their mind from an early age and to gain focus. Classes are tailored to your child’s needs including children with disabilities and a more holistic practice can be included depending on your child’s needs.
