Health Coaching – Good Habits Breed Good Health

My health coaching is tailored to supporting women to have really good health. There is a lot of pressure on women throughout all chapters of their life and it’s about supporting you whether this is into your First Spring – menstrual moon cycles, your fertility cycle or your Second Spring – menopause. Having worked in a corporate environment, made the huge transition to working for the NHS, to then transitioning to being self employed I have a unique outlook on managing areas of your life. Also having extensively traveled and lived in different countries has given me the knowledge of how other cultures manage and protect women’s health compared to the Western way.

What is Health Coaching?

My health coaching is through a more natural approach to bringing you back to homeostasis. So many health issues are from imbalances and I work with you to look at simple ways to help your overall wellness daily. These changes have accumulative results for your long term wellbeing and help women transition more smoothly through their changing seasons.

Why It’s Important to Look After Your Health?

Lifestyle choices greatly impact your long term health. When you’re young it’s hard to see that a supposedly simple choice such as super sizing your portions would have a accumulative impact that negatively impacts your wellbeing long term. Then as you move into womanhood how these seemingly unimportant daily decisions have become the building blocks for bad habits and underline many of the most common health issues. Through making some simple changes in even just one area of your life creates a butterfly wing’s effect to begin to bring your body, mind and spirit one step back towards homeostasis. First Spring – Menstrual?

So many young girls suffer with unnecessary menstrual pain thinking this is the norm, it’s not! My coaching teaches the importance of tracking ovulation to help maintain a young girl’s fertility for later life, healthy sexual habits to protect fertility and getting to a place of pain free moon cycles.

Fertility Coaching?

If you are on the journey to becoming a Mother, my coaching will help and support you on your fertility journey working through any issues or lifestyle changes that may be impacting your ability to conceive or to get your body prepared to receive the gift of a baby. With fertility issues on the increase it is also important to teach our daughters how to protect their fertility from an early age.

Second Spring – Menopause

I teach you how you can make the transition from fertile women to wise women, to gracefully age, accept and celebrate your Second Spring. In Western culture there is so much negativity around menopause but I follow the teaching of the ancients that see the Second Spring as a woman finally coming into her own filled with your wisdom from your unique journey that has led you to your Second Spring. I help coach you through managing the daily symptoms and learning to accept your body’s changes in a healthy way.
