For me optimal health and wellbeing is not just about reducing the risks of illness and disease, it’s about proactively supporting you to take steps to lead a more fulfilling and enjoyable life whatever your age. This means not only thinking about physical fitness and diet, but also giving consideration to other areas such as mental and social wellbeing, relationships, career, home environment and general wellness.
